When my daughters car was hit I was ON HOLD for over 3 hours waiting for GEICO to send roadside assistance, after which I called on a friends phone and arranged for a tow on my own. This is what prompted me to look for a new insurance carrier. Since being with State Farm my daughter’s parked car was once again hit. I IMMEDIATELY was able to reach someone and Maria followed up with both my daughter and I to make sure everything was handled to our satisfaction.
